Krista focuses her practice on employment law and civil rights litigation, representing workers facing discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation.
Before joining Hall & Lampros, Krista practiced at a large AmLaw-ranked law firm, where she represented employers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters through all phases of litigation, from EEOC charges to trial. She also has experience drafting and litigating employment agreements. Having seen firsthand how employers build their defenses, Krista anticipates their strategies and uses that insight to fight for her clients.
