Megan Harsh

Megan Harsh is an attorney at Hall & Lampros, LLP, where she represents people who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own. Megan came to plaintiff’s work after years of defending companies and individuals in litigation throughout Georgia, most recently as a partner at a regional defense firm. She made the move to dedicate her career to helping people, and she brings an advantage to every case: she has been on the other side of the table. Megan knows how insurance companies and defense lawyers evaluate claims, build their defenses, and decide when to settle. She uses that knowledge to fight for full and fair compensation for her clients.

In her practice, Megan handled a wide range of injury cases, including car wrecks, slip-and-fall and premises liability claims, and negligent security cases. She is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried cases to verdict as first chair. Megan prepares every case as if it will go to trial, and she brings that same preparation and care to every client she represents.

Outside of work, Megan is an avid reader, a devoted Auburn football fan, and an active member of the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta. She lives in Roswell with her husband and their dog.
